Brookfield's Three-Building Office Property Gets New Leasing Team

Cushman & Wakefieldtoday announced it has been selected by Brookfield Properties as the exclusive office leasing agent for Silver Spring Metro Plaza, a three-building property located in downtown Silver Spring on Colesville Road.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin McGloon, Peter Rosan, Megan Williams, and Katie Gormley will handle office leasing for the buildings.

Silver Spring Metro Plaza consists of three Class A buildings completed in 1987, totaling nearly 700,000 square feet. Tenants include ULLICO Inc., Sirens Media, and NOAA. The office complex is located with direct access to the Silver Spring Metro Station, and sits across the street from Discovery Communications’ world headquarters. The Plaza is also within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants, and is minutes away from downtown DC.
