Consulting Magazine has released their annual 'Best Firms to Work For' rankings, placing CapTech at #6. Additionally, CapTech was ranked #2 for Information Technology firms. This is the sixth year the publication has recognized CapTech in the top 10 as an employer of choice for creative and technical consulting talent. The firm received high scores in meeting client needs, career development, culture, and morale.
Consulting conducts an annual survey, evaluating participating companies on employment satisfaction categories including culture, career development, and client engagement. This year more than 10,000 employees from more than 300 firms participated in the online survey.
"As we have expanded nationally, protecting our culture has been a keystone of our focus," says CapTech CEO Kevin McQueen. "Making the Best Firms list again invokes a sense of pride across our organization and benefits our clients as we continue to attract the highest caliber talent in the industry."
"Our goal has always been to offer an environment for an exciting and impactful career while delivering compelling services to our clients," said Chief Talent Officer Joanna Bergeron. "We work hard to foster careers through a culture of coaching, investing in training, offering hands-on exposure to emerging technologies, and defining career paths for long-term futures."
CapTech has received similar awards from Vault, Forbes, and The Washington Post and was ranked on Inc. 5000's list of America's fastest growing companies for the 11th time in August 2017. A complete list of the 2017 'Best Firms to Work For' can be found on the Consulting Magazine website.
