In case the term is not familiar, a "freeroll" is gambling jargon for the opportunity to win something without risking anything.
For daily fantasy sports players who may be unfamiliar with this extraordinary promotion, DraftKings says it will pay $1 billion (that's not a typo -- we are talking billion as in Congressional budget figures) to anyone who picks the perfect daily fantasy football lineup. And it's free to enter.
Of course, you do have to be registered on DraftKings to place an entry.
