Discovery Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: DISCA, DISCB, DISCK) announced today that Discovery Communications, LLC has priced an offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2019, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.200% Senior Notes due 2019, $1,200 million aggregate principal amount of 2.950% Senior Notes due 2023, $1,700 million aggregate principal amount of 3.950% Senior Notes due 2028, $1,250 million aggregate principal amount of 5.000% Senior Notes due 2037 and $1,250 million aggregate principal amount of 5.200% Senior Notes due 2047. Each series of Notes will be issued by DCL and guarantee by the Company.
