Divaris Real Estate Announces $16 Million and 115,000 SF in Completed Transactions for August 2017

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of $16,054,834 in transactions totaling 115,884 square feet of commercial property in the Hampton Roads, Washington DC, Richmond, Roanoke and Charlotte markets in August 2017.

Sales Transactions

PNC Bank sold two buildings in Annapolis, Maryland, brokered by DRE’s Joe Farina. An 8,140-square-foot property at 18 Church Circle was purchased by Douglas DevelopmentCorpfor $2.3 million; and a 1,146-square-foot property at 613 Taylor Avenue sold for $725,000 to private investors that was also brokered by DRE’s Amit Grover.

New Transactions

  • PetSmart leased 21,629 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Laurel Glen Shopping Center at 45315 Alton Lane in California, Md. Susan McGee represented the landlord.
  • AtCoastal leased 7,280 square feet of office space in the Divaris-leased Lynnhaven Commons at 582 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, Va. DRE’s Elizabeth Paasch and Elizabeth Napolitano represented the landlord.
  • Bryant and Stratton College leased 6,480 square feet of office/warehouse space in Oceana East Industrial Park at 564 Central Drive in Virginia Beach. DRE’s Levi Thomson represented the tenant.
  • Liberty Source leased 6,000 square feet of office space at 92 Patch Road in Fort Monroe, Va. Napolitano represented the landlord.
  • Center for Autism and Related Disorders leased 4,070 square feet of office space in Lynnhaven V at 629 Phoenix Drive in Virginia Beach.Michael Divaris represented the tenant.
