Towne Park, a leading hospitality and healthcare services company, announced that its Board of Managers has elected Andrew Kerin as its Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board, effective September 5, 2017. The Board also thanked interim-CEO Dave Nichols for his outstanding leadership during the transition.

Andrew Kerin is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience leading business services companies. Prior to joining Towne Park, Mr. Kerin served as CEO of Brightview, the nation's leading provider of commercial landscape design, construction, and maintenance services with over $2.2 billion in revenue and 23,000 team members. As CEO, he led the organization to record revenue and profitability by focusing on building an engaged team that created world class outdoor environments for the hospitality, retail, healthcare, education and corporate sectors.

Previously, Mr. Kerin served as Group President, Aramark Global Food, Hospitality and Facility Services, a $12 billion business, where he led a team of more than 200,000 associates in over 20 countries delivering food, facilities and hospitality services to multiple industries including education, business, healthcare and sports and entertainment. Prior to joining Aramark, Mr. Kerin served as a Vice President with Ogden Facility Services.

Mr. Kerin earned a BA degree from Fordham University and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. He has participated on several corporate and non-profit boards and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Arrow Electronics, a global provider of products, services and solutions for enterprise computing solutions.
