Stratford at Williamsburg is comprised of156one and two-bedroom apartment units and is located at 100 Stratford Roadin Williamsburg, Virginia, along Route 60 situated between the College of William & Mary, Colonial Williamsburg and the Williamsburg Premium Outlets.Property amenities include a clubhouse, pool, dog park and playground. Thalhimer’s Residential Property Services will manage the property on behalf of TRP. Cindy Scanlan will be the portfolio manager responsible for the oversight of the property’s operations.
