Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following three leases for new and renewed retail space in the Carolinas totaling 5,575 square feet.
Wingstop leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed North Hampton Market located at 6019 Wade Hampton Boulevard in Taylors, SC. DRE’s Charles Neil and Diana Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The restaurant joins Target, Panera, Mattress Firm, Hobby Lobby, OneMain Financial and Kay Jewelers in North Hampton Market.
State Farm Insurance leased 1,475 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed Stevens Mill Crossing located at 7850 Stevens Mill Road in Matthews, NC. Neil represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. The insurance and financial services company joins Harris Teeter, CVS, McDonald’s, Firestone and Novant Health in Stevens Mill Crossing.
Planet Beach Tanning renewed its lease for 2,100 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed South Square, located at 4001 Durham Chapel Hill Boulevard in Durham, NC. Other tenants in the shopping center include: Target, Merle Norman, GameStop, Wells Fargo, Firestone and Petco. Neil and Teitsma represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
