Old Dominion National Bank Names Raj Mahajan EVP of Mortgage Lending

Old Dominion National Bank announced the appointment of Raj Mahajan to serve as executive vice president of mortgage lending.

Mahajan, who joins Old Dominion from EagleBank, brings 18 years of banking and mortgage lending experience to his new role. As an executive vice president at the growing Northern Virginia bank, he will lead the bank’s new home mortgage product offering.

Prior to his six years as Vice President and Senior Mortgage Banker for EagleBank, Mahajan, who began his career in 1999, held senior positions at American Home Bank, Axcidion Mortgage Corporation and American Partners Bank. Mahajan earned his B.S. in Finance and Accounting and M.S. in Information Systems from Panjab University in India.

Active in the metro Washington, D.C. business community where he has worked throughout his career, Mahajan serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Capital Area Realtors Federal Credit Union. He is an active volunteer with the Montgomery County Fire Department, D.C. Soup Kitchen and Habitat for Humanity.
