Rosenberg Martin Greenberg Elects Three New Partners

7/24/17

Rosenberg Martin Greenberg, LLP is pleased to announce the election of three of its associates, Joshua D. Bradley, Harris W. Eisenstein, and Brandon N. Mourges, as partners of the firm, effective July 19, 2017.

Managing Partner Barry C. Greenberg said, "RMG has been extremely fortunate to be able to develop and mentor exceptionally capable lawyers and ultimately invite them to be partners at the firm. Josh, Harris and Brandon follow in this tradition and are equally impressive colleagues and friends to everyone at RMG."

“Results are what every client covets. Our three new partners have been consistently delivering favorable results for our clients. It has been a pleasure watching them develop into attorneys who can independently navigate complex legal matters from origination to conclusion,” said Brian J. Crepeau, Executive Partner and chair of the firm’s tax controversy department. “Josh, Harris and Brandon each have different styles and strengths, but they all bring a strong work ethic and a tremendous grit to their profession. Along with their professional success, they unassumingly give back to the community through mentoring students, working with Baltimore City STEM students and leading our firm’s pro-bono program.”

Joshua D. Bradley represents banks, finance companies, secured and unsecured lenders in connection with loan workouts, bankruptcies, commercial collection matters and related litigation. His practice includes the restructuring of commercial loans and, where such efforts are unsuccessful, litigating and subsequently recovering both personal and real property collateral for his clients. Harris represents individuals and corporate clients in all aspects of commercial litigation. He has successfully resolved complex contract, real estate, fraud, corporate and other civil disputes in mediation and arbitration, on dispositive motions and at trial. In his bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice, Harris represents banks, financial institutions and commercial lenders in all phases of the workout and debt restructuring process, including negotiating and documenting debt agreements, litigation, real estate foreclosure sales, sales pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code, judgment enforcement and general debt recovery. He also represents creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases, including relief from the automatic stay, enforcement of rights to cash collateral and adequate protection, defense of preference and other avoidance claims and prosecution of non-dischargeability complaints.
