In his new role, Heilig will continue to grow the firm’s office and industrial presence in the Mid-Atlantic region by representing private and institutional clients. Heilig will join Robert Filley, senior director National Office Industrial Properties Group (NOIPG) and his team of investment professionals.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Randall Heilig was a vice president at CBRE, for over 11 years. During the course of his career, Heilig has participated in over $4 billion in transactions in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.

Before becoming a commercial real estate investment professional, Heilig had a successful career in advertising.

He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Master of Science in advertising and marketing and obtained his Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Vanderbilt University.
