Savills Studley, the leading commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation, today announced the completion of a 9,000-square-foot lease at 1101 15th Street NW in Washington, DC on behalf of KGD Architecture. The tenant will assume the space beginning April 2018.

“KGD needed a flexible office solution for its expansion within the Washington, DC area,” said Savills Studley Senior Managing Director Demetri Koutrouvelis, who brokered the deal along with Senior Managing Director Nicole Miller and Associate Director Ted Skirbunt. “We were pleased to negotiate a favorable lease for a space that met the client’s locational, financial and operational goals,” said Koutrouvelis.

1101 15th Street is a 12-story office building ideally located in Washington, DC’s Central Business District. The structure boasts a modernized lobby, keycard security system, onsite parking and access to multiple Metro lines. KGD will occupy space along the corner of the building on the second floor, allowing for street front views and an abundance of natural light.

“The Savills Studley team was our trusted partner in helping us choose the best location to grow our presence in DC. As a former architect, Demetri understood our need for a space that inspires performance, enhances function and communicates company values,” said Manoj Dalaya, principal, KGD Architecture. “We are looking forward to hosting and serving our clients in a collaborative workplace that reflects our culture and identity as a premier full-service design firm in the region.”
