Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following transactions in Richmond for 9,974 square feet of commercial space.

Lease Transactions

Ideal Dental Care leased 3,160 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Gold’s Gym Plaza located at 8904 West Broad Street in Richmond. DRE’s Peter Vick and Harrison Hall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa leased 3,000 square feet in Virginia Center Station located at 1080 Virginia Center Parkway in Glen Allen, Va. Vick and Hall represented the tenant in the lease negotiations; the two DRE brokers have been hired to search for additional sites for Hand & Stone throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Lillian Jean Cox-Richard leased 2,000 square feet of office space located at 709 Dawn Street in Richmond. DRE’s John Madures represented both the landlord and the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Golden Skillet leased 1,814 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased and -managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7108 Hull Street Road in Richmond. The restaurant joins Rite Aid, Dollar General, AutoZone, Subway, Jackson Hewitt and Boost Mobile in the shopping center. DRE’s Sara Goodall represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
