WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CSSI, a leading provider of transportation and mobility solutions to government and commercial clients, announces the appointment of Kelly Caccetta to President.

As President, Caccetta will lead the business activities and operations of all areas of CSSI, including innovation, operations, corporate services and finance. Before her promotion, Caccetta served as Executive Vice President. Cynthia Castillo previously served as president and CEO and will continue in her role as CEO with a greater focus on leading industry events and promoting CSSI, including serving as ATCA Chair-Elect.

Kelly joined CSSI as Director of Human Resources in 2011, was promoted to vice president of corporate services in 2015 and executive vice president in 2016, and has consistently provided exceptional leadership, support and counsel since joining the company. Since assuming the role of executive vice president, she has helped lead recompetes and new business efforts, which have resulted in major wins for CSSI. She has also served as an advocate for employee growth and engagement, and has worked to enhance the culture of CSSI.

Caccetta is an active member in the community, representing CSSI as an attendee or a speaker at many industry events, including the Federal Aviation Administration Manager’s Association Convention, the Professional Women Controllers Conference, and the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees Annual Conference. She is a member of the Air Traffic Control Association, Society of Human Resource Management, The Society of Industrial Security Professionals and serves on the Board of Directors for ServiceSource, a nonprofit organization with a mission to deliver exceptional services to individuals with disabilities through innovative and valued employment, training, habilitation, housing and support services.
