Developer Jeanne Stosser is proposing a combined extended stay and apartments project on property just off South Main Street in Blacksburg.

Stosser, under Main at Dowdy LLC, submitted site plans earlier this year for a four-story building at 110 Dowdy Drive that will comprise 23 hotel guest rooms on the first floor and 93 multi-family dwellings with 152 bedrooms on the remaining floors and walkout basement, according to town memos on the project.
