Kelcie Longaker Joins Adelberg Rudow as Special Counsel

Adelberg is pleased to announce today that Kelcie Longaker will be joining the firm as Special Counsel.

Longaker comes to Adelberg from Gohn, Hankey, Stichel & Berlage, LLP, where she worked primarily in corporate transactions and administrative law. She is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History with honors. Longaker earned her law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law.

She was president of the Howard County Bar Association from 2016-2017, and is the current chair of the James MacGill American Inns of Court. Longaker was also recently named one of the Howard County representatives to the Maryland State Bar Association’s Board of Governors.

To the firm, Longaker brings her experience in corporate transactions in administrative law, as well as her experience in small business advising, liquor licensing, and more. Her focus in small business advising is primarily with startup companies, advising on everything from commercial leases to day to day contracts.
