Dealership to become part of Heritage

MileOne Automotive Group, the Mid-Atlantic's largest automotive retail group, announced today the acquisition of Bel Air Honda. The dealership, located at 1800 Belair Road in Fallston in Harford County, will join MileOne’s Heritage Automotive Division.

“Bel Air Honda is steeped in a tradition of excellence, with sales and service teams that clearly understand and respond to customer needs,” said Steven B. Fader, CEO of MileOne. “Now, as part of Heritage, they will be able to enhance the sales and service experiences with expanded resources and added-value sales and service programs.”

As part of the acquisition, MileOne purchased the 9.7-acre site as well as three existing buildings. All 84 employees will transition to MileOne employees.

Bel Air Honda sells about 2,400 new, used and Certified Pre-Owned Honda vehicles a year. The full-service dealership, which includes finance, service, and parts departments, will provide customers with the exceptional services for which Heritage is known.

With the addition of Bel Air Honda, MileOne Automotive, the parent company of Heritage, represents 28 automobile brands with 73 franchises operating at 40 dealership locations throughout Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. In addition, MileOne operates nine regional collision centers and provides leasing services through its vehicle and equipment leasing division.
