Inova and ContinuumRX™ announce an agreement to form a joint venture to provide home infusion and specialty pharmacy services to patients across northern Virginia and surrounding areas. The new venture plans are currently under way and will begin serving patients this fall.
Inova and ContinuumRX™ understand that the continuum of care does not end when a patient leaves the hospital.
