Duties include performing analysis and running various structured credit models, building cash flow models, interacting with fundamental credit analysts across sectors, analyzing CLO/deal legal documents, working with IT/Risk to build out new systems, and general trade support. Candidates need proficiency with modeling and a strong academic record with a preferred GPA of at least 3.5. The position is located in New York.

General Electric is seeking a senior associate, investments, in its corporate business innovations division. The hire will be an integral member of the deal team with GE Ventures, Advanced Manufacturing, assisting with industry research, sourcing, diligence, modeling, structuring, and portfolio management in assigned sectors. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical science and at least two years of work experience in venture investing, strategy consulting, or investment banking. MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred. The position is located in Chicago.

Bank of America is searching for an investment officer, global principal investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with various lines of business to evaluate new and existing strategic opportunities, acting as a mid- to senior-level transaction professional, coordinating with internal management and business control partners, developing board-ready materials related to sector or transaction analysis, managing strategic relationships and maintaining a current view on market trends, and monitoring portfolio company performance (may include taking a board seat). Six to 10 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or private equity are required. The position is located in New York.

Houlihan Lokey is looking to hire an associate, corporate finance (healthcare). Duties include preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information; coordinating and performing due diligence and executing M&A transactions; preparing confidential memoranda, management presentations, and marketing pitches; valuing companies and businesses; and building relationships and maintaining direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors. Previous investment banking or directly related experience is required. Recent business school graduates with two to three years as a financial analyst or associate will be considered. The position is located in New York.

Novartis is in the market for a venture principal in its global drug development division. The hire will be responsible for end-to-end deal management and execution, from sourcing digital medicine product and services investment opportunities to organizing/leading various due diligence processes to presenting select deals for funding approval. An advanced degree in the life sciences is highly preferred, as is an MBA. Understanding of clinical trials/drug development is required. The position is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
