Susan Manch Joins Winston & Strawn In New Chief Talent Officer Role

Winston & Strawn LLP is pleased to announce Susan Manch has joined the firm as Chief Talent Officer. In this newly created role, Ms. Manch will oversee the firm’s talent development structure, including Human Resources, Attorney Resources & Recruitment, Professional Development, Diversity, and Internal Communications Departments.

Sue’s more than 30 years experience in talent strategy and the leadership development arena is unrivaled and we’re excited to welcome her to the firm.”

Ms. Manch joins Winston from Norton Rose Fulbright, where she was Chief of People and Development and directed U.S. talent and practice management functions. She previously served as the Director of Recruiting and Development at Bingham McCutchen, as well as the co-founder of a nationally recognized consulting firm, Shannon & Manch, which focused on talent strategy and leadership development for clients including the majority of the Global 100 law firms in the U.S. and abroad.

Ms. Manch has authored several books on recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top legal talent. She was elected a Fellow of the prestigious College of Law Practice Management and is a Certified Master Coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute. Ms. Manch received her Masters in Counseling from the University of Virginia, and B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University.
