Quince Imaging Leases Duke Realty’s TransDulles Centre 22601

Video display engineering and design firm will occupy entire 61,500-square-foot building.

The Washington, D.C. office of Duke Realty, a leading nationwide REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) specializing in the ownership, management and development of bulk industrial facilities, has signed a new lease with Quince Imaging in TransDulles Centre 22601, its 61,500-square-foot industrial building located at 22601 Davis Drive in Sterling, VA. Quince Imaging, a video display engineering and design firm, will lease the entire building, which is located in TransDulles Centre, an industrial and office park in Loudon County, starting in October.

Duke Realty’s portfolio in TransDulles Centre is comprised of two office properties, 13 industrial buildings and three under-construction data centers totaling more than 1.3 million square feet. The park is located at Route 28 and Sterling Boulevard.
