Nava Health & Vitality Center, an integrated health care center in the greater Baltimore-Washington area, announced plans today to introduce the new personal training app, gymGO, into its extensive list of wellness services. Nava's expansion into fitness further advances the center's holistic approach to a person's overall health.

Users can choose any trainer based on their individual needs, including select Nava-certified trainers, who will be knowledgeable about Nava's approach and services.
