Heather R. Lueben

Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell, a commercial real estate valuation and consulting firm serving the Baltimore/Washington region for over 40 years, proudly announces Heather R. Lueben, MAI as its newest partner.

“Heather has been an important contributor to LFM’s commitment to our clients, many of whom seek her counsel on major development projects throughout the region,” said M. Ronald Lipman, MAI, founding partner and principal of Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell. “She is extremely well thought of by her peers and LFM partners, all of whom welcome her to this new level of responsibility and leadership.”

Ms. Lueben has over 15 years of commercial real estate consulting and valuation experience. Prior to joining LFM in 2003, Ms. Lueben worked as a real estate analyst in Las Vegas, NV and Sacramento, CA evaluating the market feasibility of proposed commercial and residential projects. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Historic Preservation from the Savannah College of Art & Design and a Master’s Degree in City & Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. Her education and prior job experience has laid the foundation for her valuation practice, providing her an understanding of zoning and land use planning issues, and the interplay of supply and demand. Ms. Lueben tailors each assignment to meet clients’ needs, address physical and economic property factors, and produce credible answers to valuation problems. Her valuation experience covers a variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties, with special focus on vacant land and residential subdivisions, throughout the Baltimore and Washington D.C. metropolitan areas. She is a member of the Appraisal Institute and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).

I’m honored to serve LFM in this new leadership capacity,” said Ms. Lueben. “I look forward to promoting the firm and guiding its future growth. I am committed to serving existing and future clients with their real estate valuation needs and am eager to mentor those new to the profession.”
