Former Maryland cornerback Will Likely stepped onto the field to work out during the Terps' Pro Day at Maryland Stadium March 29 with the intention of showing NFL scouts how well he was doing in his rehabilitation from a torn ACL in his right knee. He suffered the injury during a loss to Minnesota on the very same field Oct. 15, less than six months ago.

Likely wasn't ready to run the 40-yard dash, instead opting to run through some defensive back drills that showed off his ability to run, backpedal, stop and start, cut and catch balls thrown his way. Likely explained he's happy with his progress thus far and believes he'll "definitely be 100 percent" by the time training camp rolls around for NFL teams in late July.

"Probably after two or three days, I was ready, I was focused," Likely said of the days after tearing his ACL. "I put that behind me, and my main goal was to get back healthy; don't rush it, but just be determined to get back healthy, don't let nothing distract you, just stay focused."
