• MyEyeDr leased 1,600 square feet at The Field at Commonwealth, Chantilly, Va. from Regency Centers Acquisitions, LLC. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented tenant.

• Smoothie King leased 1,343 square feet at Rhode Island Row, Washington, DC from RI Station LLC. Bradley Buslik and Sebastian Restifo with H&R represented landlord.

• Wireless Center leased 1,305 square feet at the Shops at Quarry Lake at Greenspring, Baltimore, Md. from Greenspring Retail, LLC. Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the tenant.
