Perhaps you recently noticed on Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco's Twitter account that he is doing some boxing training this offseason.
Philadelphia's Joe Hand Boxing Gym shared a photo March 16 of Flacco smiling after a workout with trainer Maleek Jackson. Of course, if you're not in the type of shape Flacco is, that particular workout may not have left you smiling. Flacco arrived at the gym before most of us had even considered any last-minute tinkering to our NCAA Tournament brackets.
"Seven in the morning," Jackson said.
