One of the biggest mistakes fantasy owners make is letting the previous season's stats cloud their points of view., but it's not shocking. If a player lets an owner down, they're more than likely to avoid that player the following year.
This is easily reflected in the players' average draft positions, as they usually fall a few rounds. I like to take advantage of that, and the last couple of years, we have identified those players, and it has paid off. In 2016, we were able to determine then-first-time-outfielder Ian Desmond of the Rangers and infielder Anthony Rendon of the Nationals were players who would rebound, and that's exactly what happened.
