Carroll Water, a premier commercial and residential water treatment and well drilling company serving Central Maryland and Northern Virginia, announced that it has acquired Meadow Brook Water Service, Inc., a Rosedale, MD-based water treatment company serving Maryland for more than 20 years. Meadow Brook is now part of a trusted and established, family-owned and operated water treatment and well drilling company, Carroll Water. This acquisition is the second for Carroll Water, with its first purchase of G Edgar Harr Sons’ Corporation (Harr Drilling) last year.
Meadow Brook Water Service will now be part of the established, family-owned and operated water treatment and well drilling company, Carroll Water. Additionally, several former Meadow Brook staff will also be part of the Carroll Water family. Meadow Brook’s owner, Anselm Salins, will assist with the transition. Following this transition, Salins will turn to the full-time operation of a new non-profit, Immanuel’s International Foundation—a foundation focused on providing safe, sustainable water to orphanages, schools and villages in needy countries to protect them from water borne diseases.
