Saul Ewing LLP, a full-service law firm with more than 260 lawyers in 11 East Coast offices, today announced that Clarence Y. Lee has joined the firm as a partner in the Litigation and Insurance Practices, resident in the Washington, D.C. office.

Mr. Lee is an experienced litigator, representing clients in a wide range of insurance coverage counseling, commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation and enforcement, and environmental insurance coverage actions.  He provides insurance coverage advice and litigation representation on a variety of insurance issues, including general liability, environmental, mass tort, director’s and officer’s liability, professional liability, errors and omissions, managed care, and group care policies. He has also represented companies in antitrust litigation.

Mr. Lee is counsel for a major intellectual property trade association that enforces copyrights throughout the United States.  He also has an active pro bono practice that involves immigration and asylum cases, as well as family law issues in local courts. 

Mr. Lee earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
