Michael L. “Mike” Toalson, CEO of the Home Builders Association of Virginia, will retire from the organization June 30, the statewide trade group announced Tuesday.
Toalson, 64, has been the CEO and lead lobbyist for the Richmond-based organization for two decades.
“I have enjoyed every day of my 20 years with the association,” Toalson said. “I have enjoyed the strategy piece of representing the industry. I have enjoyed all the wonderful relationships with members of the General Assembly and the relationships with regulators that impact our industry.
