Acquisition of Intelesys Expands Polaris Alpha’s Leadership in Cyber and Signals Intelligence Arena

SC&H Capital, a leading investment bank and advisory firm focused on middle market and growth companies, announces that Intelesys Corporation was acquired by Polaris Alpha, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners. SC&H Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Intelesys Corporation.
