BETHESDA, Md., Jan. 31, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EagleBank has announced that Leslie Ludwig will serve as a new Director of the Board of Directors of EagleBank.

Ms. Ludwig is a Partner and Chairperson of the Management Committee at The JBG Companies, and has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance and capital markets. She oversees the management of Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Insurance and Marketing, and provides leadership on JBG's diversity initiatives. Prior to joining The JBG Companies in 2002, she was Senior Vice President at Wachovia Bank. Ms. Ludwig is on the Investment Advisory Committee for the National Multifamily Housing Council; on the Virginia Tech Real Estate Industry Advisory Board; formerly on the Advisory Board of CREW; and a member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She holds a B.A. from Frostburg State University.
