Transactions include 29,409 square-foot land lease for TD Bank in Alexandria

H&R Retail, a Washington, DC/Baltimore-based retail real estate brokerage firm,announced that it recently completed three major retail lease transactions in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia totaling 40,114 square feet. The leases include:

• TD Bank leased 29,409 square feet of land (2,545 square feet of building space) at 6566 Little River Turnpike, Alexandria, Va. from Mount Vernon Petroleum Realty, LLC. Marc Katz, David Ward and Suzanne Katz with H&R represented the tenant.

• KinderCare leased 8,205 square feet at Market Square North, Washington, DC from Boston Properties. Ray Schupp and Bryan Davis with H&R represented the landlord.

• Wingstop leased 2,500 square feet at Manassas Junction, Manassas, Va. from Giant Food of Maryland. Sean Harcourt and Jim Crilley with H&R represented the landlord.
