Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, announced today that Mark Pettibone has joined the firm as a Director within the Los Angeles Multifamily Investment Sales division. Mr. Pettibone is charged with arranging sales and financing for private client and middle-market multifamily properties in the Los Feliz, Hollywood, Silver Lake, and Atwater Village submarkets of Los Angeles.

Prior to joining Greysteel, Mr. Pettibone worked at a Los Angeles area real estate investment services firm, where he managed a brokerage practice focused on commercial properties throughout Southern California. Mr. Pettibone’s real estate experience includes value-add development, syndication, and brokerage services for investors and owners from an array of industries. He has also served as a principal in construction, renovation, and management of multifamily properties.

Mr. Pettibone received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
