Greysteel, a national commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged the refinance of Spinnaker Brook, a multifamily property located in Milford, CT on behalf of The Wolff Company.

The 10-year, non-recourse loan, provided by an agency lender under the Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan program, features a fixed-rate and three years of interest-only payments followed by a 30-year amortization schedule. This transaction was negotiated by Greysteel Senior Director, Anton Mattli, and Finance Associate, John Marshall Doss, who are both based in the Company’s Dallas-Fort Worth, TX office.

Spinnaker Brook, located at 158 Cherry Street, Milford, Connecticut, was constructed in 2007.

“The sponsor sought to refinance a maturing bank loan and wanted to take advantage of today’s historically low interest rates,” said Mr. Mattli. “Greysteel negotiated a non-recourse, 10-year agency loan with interest-only payments for three years,” he added.
