Don Bailey, an independent agent affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Salisbury office, was selected as the 2016 Realtor of The Year by the Coastal Association of Realtors (CAR).

Don currently serves on the committee planning the Maryland Association of Realtors’ annual convention. He has earned numerous awards and recognition, including the Coldwell Banker Outstanding Sales Performance Award, appointment to the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society and recognition as a Pinnacle Certified Association Leader. Additionally, Don is a regular volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
