Biggest Gainer

In Washington DC, Monday's biggest gainer was Opnet Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:OPNT). Rising 2.3%, shares closed at $38.22. Carmax Group (NYSE:KMX) rose 2.1% to close at $30.32 on volume of 2.6 million, making it another big gainer for the day.

Biggest Loser
