Mr. McGovern has extensive experience in federal workers' compensation regulations, return-to-work programs, staffing, training and human resource systems. Most recently, he served as the Executive Manager of Office of Workers' Compensation Programs for the U.S. Postal Service. While there, he had direct responsibility for the national policy, staffing, and case management performance for the agency's over 350 field case managers and 39 regional workers' compensation managers and specialists.
