WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Energate, Inc., a leading, innovative provider of residential Demand Response for utilities and home energy management solutions for their customers, today announced the appointment of Debbie Rachlis as its new vice president of sales. Reporting to Energate CEO Niraj Bhargava, Ms. Rachlis will be responsible for managing Energate's growing sales team and directing sales strategies to capitalize on accelerating market demand for field-proven residential demand response solutions from her office in Chicago. Prior to joining Energate, Ms. Rachlis was vice president of regulatory affairs and sales leader for the investor owned utility sales directors at Aclara where she collaborated with product development teams, customer and company executives, and political industries to impact federal, state and regional regulatory bodies to enact bills and rulings. Prior to Aclara, she was strategic account sales director and utility consultant at Enspiria Solutions, Inc.
